Where Charter commitments become everyday practice
The senior leader who endorses the Charter sets the tone. The middle manager who runs a team turns that tone into reality. This programme bridges that gap — equipping both layers with the knowledge, skills and legal grounding to make inclusion visible to every employee.
Cohorts are deliberately cross-sector, bringing managers from across the signatory community together to learn from each other’s contexts. Each module is mapped to specific Charter clauses and grounded in Maltese and EU legal frameworks.
Practice over theory
Majority of live time is spent on case work, structured dialogue, and skill practice.
Legally grounded
Maltese and EU law treated as the floor — not the ceiling — on which good practice is built.
Stakeholder-aware
Positions D&I within the sustainability and VSME disclosure agenda your boards are using.
Includes
VSME Reporting
Charter-to-disclosure mapping
Designed for leaders at every level
Senior leaders and middle managers attend together — because the gap between endorsement and execution is exactly where Charter commitments stall.

HR Directors & Managers
Build the policies, processes and accountability structures that translate principle into lived experience for every employee.

built for busy leaders
Eight modules over ten weeks — a mix of immersive in-person workshops and interactive live online sessions, all facilitator-led.
In-Person Workshops
Four immersive full-morning workshops where skill practice, case work, and cross-sector dialogue come alive face-to-face.
Live Online Sessions
Four interactive online sessions bringing the cohort together virtually for legally grounded content and real-time dialogue.
Eight modules.

What participants say
For the first time, I had the language and the legal grounding to challenge practices in my own organisation — not just a vague sense that something wasn’t right.
The VSME module changed how I present D&I to our board. It’s no longer a values conversation — it’s a business continuity and stakeholder trust conversation.
The cross-sector cohort was unexpected. Hearing how a healthcare manager and a fintech director approach the same issues opened up thinking I wouldn’t have got in a single-sector group.
