The senior leader who endorses the Charter sets the tone. The middle manager who runs a team turns that tone into reality. This programme bridges that gap — equipping both layers with the knowledge, skills and legal grounding to make inclusion visible to every employee.

Cohorts are deliberately cross-sector, bringing managers from across the signatory community together to learn from each other’s contexts. Each module is mapped to specific Charter clauses and grounded in Maltese and EU legal frameworks.
