Workshop

Joseph K. Muscat is a Malta-based neurodiversity consultant, trainer, and coach who draws on his own lived experience to support neurodiverse adults in the workplace.

Diagnosed with Visual Motor, Visual Perception, Working Memory, and Dyslexia challenges, Joseph turned years of personal struggle into a mission to create systemic change.

He spent over two decades as a professional photographer and entrepreneur after earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts from York University and studying at Humber College in Toronto. After relocating from Canada to Malta in 2014, he pivoted into project management and business development — and by 2018, faced with the limits of available support for neurodiverse adults, he developed his own Seven-Step Transformative Management Methodology (SSTMM).

Today, through his consultancy, Joseph offers corporate training, coaching, speaking engagements, and inclusive workplace consulting — helping organisations unlock the potential of neurodiverse employees and empowering individuals to thrive on their own terms.
