Malta Diversity & Inclusion Charter. 

CORE Platform will be presenting the first draft of the Malta Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) charter. This focus group is intended to gather valuable feedback, insights, and perspectives from a diverse group of stakeholders. The focus group serves as a forum for discussion and evaluation of the initial draft, helping to ensure that the Charter is comprehensive, well-received, and aligned with Local and European values. What we aspire to achieve in this focus group: Diverse Perspectives: Engaging stakeholders with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to ensure that the D&I charter is inclusive and addresses a wide range of concerns and considerations. Feedback and Input: Collect feedback on the content, language, and tone of the charter. This input helps to refine and improve the document, making it more effective in promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization. Identification of Blind Spots: Identify any potential blind spots or unintentional biases in the draft that may have been overlooked during the initial development. The focus group can help uncover areas where the charter may fall short or inadvertently exclude certain groups. Cultural Sensitivity: Evaluate the draft for cultural sensitivity and inclusivity. The focus group can help identify language or elements that might be perceived as insensitive or exclusionary, allowing for necessary adjustments. Promote Transparency: Demonstrate a commitment to transparency by involving stakeholders in the development process. This is aimed to enhance trust and demonstrate that we are open to collaboration in creating a more inclusive community.
